Salesforce Developer

Our enterprise customer is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and develop a modern Salesforce ecosystem used in large-scale, mission-critical operations. The role focuses on hands-on development, integrations, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and well-designed solutions.

You will be working in a professional, international environment where Salesforce plays a central role across multiple business domains.

Required skills

• Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning development, Apex, and Flows
• Practical experience using AI as part of development work (eg Vibes)
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce cloud technologies, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with integrations to diverse systems and external applications, both with and without Middleware
• Familiarity with APIs, common integration patterns, and best practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and logically present solutions to complex challenges
• Fluency in English

Seen as an advantage

• Experience with CPQs (strong advantage)
• Experience with CloudSense
• Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture
• Experience in the development and design of Open APIs
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly within the Salesforce platform
• Experience with Data360
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) ways of working, possibly including Scrum Master experience

Working model

• Full Remote work possible but candidates must be based in Poland, Portugal or Spain
• Working language: English
• Start date can be between April and June as they are looking for a number of consultants with different start dates.
