We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Consultant to support a remote, initial 3-month contract. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality data migration into Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce data migration activities (assessment, mapping, cleansing, loading, validation)
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to define migration strategy and data models
• Execute migrations using Salesforce tools and ETL solutions
• Identify and resolve data quality and integration issues
• Support testing, reconciliation, and post-migration validation

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce data migrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and objects
• Hands on experience with data migration tools (e.g. Data Loader, ETL tools)
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
