Digital Skills are working with a leading digital agency who are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant (Marketing Cloud) to join their team on an 8-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, managing releases, and supporting marketing automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Salesforce to build tailored solutions supporting key business processes.
• Manage system release schedules and rollout activities.
• Perform ongoing support and development for assigned applications and projects.
• Research Salesforce capabilities to meet business requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Develop custom applications using declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement the latest AI technologies and drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud and/or MCAE (Pardot).
• 1+ year of Sales Cloud experience.
• Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications.
• Strong desire to understand and enhance business processes through automation and tools.
• Proven experience implementing and integrating Salesforce AppExchange products.
• Experience working with distributed delivery teams.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).

Nice to Have

• Marketing Cloud/MCAE Certifications.
• Marketing Cloud Next experience.
• Strong software architecture skills using object-oriented and modular design principles.
• Experience working on complex, multi-layered functional software projects.
• Excellent technical documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment.
