Salesforce CG Cloud - Techno-Functional Consultant

Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant | 6-12 months | Remote

RED are currently seeking 1 Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with experience with Consumer Goods Cloud (CG) to join a long-term project starting as 6month, fully remote.

Contract length: 6-12months
Location: Remote
Language: English (mandatory), French (nice-to-have)

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to functional workshops (discovery, design, refinement) with business stakeholders (Sales, Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Category Management)
• Analyze business requirements related to customer hierarchy, assortment management, visit planning, retail execution, order capture, promotions, and KPI reporting
• Define functional specifications aligned with Salesforce best practices and standard capabilities
• Configure Salesforce solutions (data model, flows, permissions, processes)
• Collaborate with developers and architects on Apex, validations, automations, and integrations
• Support integrations with ERP and other external systems
• Contribute to data migration and data quality activities
• Support testing (SIT, UAT), deployment preparation, and post go-live activities
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery models and contribute to backlog refinement and estimations

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
• Over 5 years of experience as Salesforce Consultant (Techno Functional)
• Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows, Approval Processes)
• Understanding of integrations, data structures, and reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Experience working with technical teams (developers, architects)
