The Salesforce Business Change Manager acts as the bridge between the Salesforce delivery team and the client organisation, ensuring that new processes, ways of working and platform capabilities are understood, adopted and Embedded by the people who use them.

• Proven experience as a Change Manager or Business Change Lead on large-scale Salesforce or CRM transformation programmes.
• Experience working within, or delivering change into, the Retail sector
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform (eg Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, loyalty management) and how functional changes translate into business impact.
