Salesforce Agentforce Engineer - 12 Month Contract

Hybrid role in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and configure solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and the wider Salesforce platform.
• Develop AI powered agent experiences and intelligent workflow automation.
• Integrate Agentforce with enterprise applications, APIs and third party platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
• Configure and optimise conversational experiences and operational workflows.
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous platform improvements.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices for security, governance and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, Salesforce Engineer or a similar Salesforce technical role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration and development.
• Hands on experience implementing Agentforce, AI enabled workflows or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms and APIs.
• Experience delivering solutions within enterprise and cloud based environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within collaborative delivery teams.
