We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a highly respected independent estate agency in Benfleet. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional who enjoys winning instructions, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

With a steady pipeline of pre-booked valuation appointments, you'll be able to focus on converting opportunities into new instructions and growing the agency's market share.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Conduct accurate market appraisals using local market knowledge and comparable property data
• Attend pre-booked valuation appointments and convert opportunities into new instructions
• Build strong relationships with prospective vendors
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Increase market share within the local area
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the local property market
• Complete associated administration and ensure records are kept up to date
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the valuation process

Sales Valuer Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in residential property listing or valuing
• Proven ability to win instructions and build client relationships
• Strong knowledge of the local property market (desirable)
• Confident, professional, and well presented
• Highly motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
