Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is seeking a self-employed sales valuer to cover the Diss/Thetford area, with a view to opening your very own estate agency!

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

• On Target Earnings: £50,000 first year, £60,000 - £80,000 second year - uncapped!
• Personal Allowance/Business Mileage

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong local knowledge
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to be successful
• Highly personable and proactive
• Must hold a full driver's license
• Experience conducting valuations and generating new business

As a Sales Vauer, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
• Provide accurate market valuations for clients
• Booking market appraisals
• Growing market share
• Build relationships with clients
