Join Powerforce as a Lenovo & Motorola Retail Sales Trainer!

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company car

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional weekends in lieu for events / in-store training

Territory: Chelmsford, Romford, Enfield, Luton, Cambridge, and surrounds

You will:

  1. Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtual, for retail stores across your region.
  2. Become an expert on Lenovo & Motorola products and share your knowledge with in-store colleagues.
  3. Inspire sales by motivating and engaging colleagues with the brands.
  4. Maximize in-store product availability and visibility through merchandising, POS, and fixture compliance.
  5. Support Lenovo and Motorola events.

What you need:

  • Experience in retail or training roles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Passion for tech and training.
  • Full manual driving license held for at least 12 months.
