Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our new starter induction programs, providing support, and developing people to exceed their targets. This will require the implementation of the full training cycle from Training Needs Analysis to Evaluation.
In this role, you will be able to shape and develop new employees for our Customer Service and Sales Teams. This is a great role for someone with a passion for travel and a drive to support our people to excel.
As a key part of the onboarding process, reliability and accountability will play a big part in the role, as well as engaging groups and making learning fun. As the first point of contact, you will be an ambassador for the company, responsible for promoting and setting professional standards while fostering a positive experience.
The Sales Trainer will be the first point of contact for new starters and will provide support for existing staff through coaching, delivering refresher training, and buzz sessions.
Reporting to the Head of Training, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, develop your learning and development knowledge, and help shape the onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality classroom and remote training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Design, deliver, and update training materials.
- Support new starters with a high-quality onboarding experience from recruitment to team integration.
- Collaborate with the training team.
- Assist with organizing external training events.
- Liaise with suppliers and departments for training planning and organization.
- Update supplier information on the Learning Management System.
- Support the team in achieving targets.
- Work with other departments to ensure training accuracy.
- Comply with company policies including Health & Safety, Data Protection, and others.
- Coach and develop individuals and teams to improve performance and KPIs, enhancing customer experience and reducing errors.
Skills and Experience:
- Training experience is desirable.
- Cruise Travel Knowledge is essential.
- Knowledge of internal systems and processes is advantageous.
- Proficient IT skills, including G Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with digital content authoring tools is a plus.
- Understanding of training trends and best practices.
- Level 3 qualification in education and training or equivalent experience.
