Sales Team Leader

Role: Team Leader Sales
Contract: Permanent - Full time
Hours: 8:30-17:30
Location: Rathcoole, Dublin.

Purpose Of the Role:

We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader Sales to support the Sales Manager and external Sales team to ensure that the Inside Salespeople have the required skills and training to perform their day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Support to Inside Sales team and manager
• Day to day support to Sales Manager customer portfolio
• Technical and disciplinary management of employees
• Career development of inside sales employees
• Coordination of sales activities & projects
• Management of inside sales targets and key figures
• Instil and promote a hunting mentality & proactive focus on commercial development
• Provide guidance on prioritising sales opportunities by revenue, profitability, and strategic relevance
• General ad-hoc support to the outside sales team

Skills & Experience:

• Preferably, at least 3 years relevant professional experience in Sales
• Experience and professional knowledge of domestic road freight operations for a groupage network
• CRM management
• Customer Service and Communications focused development
• Good knowledge of IT systems or an equivalent Time Management System
• Excellent Geographical knowledge of Ireland
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Customer Service, Road Operations or Sales
• Ability to travel to other Dachser locations for training and network development
• Interpersonal role with other depts
• Management of KPIs
• Focus on inside sales and lead generation
