Your Role

  • Lead and coach a team of five external account managers and two internal sales staff, ensuring high performance and a strong focus on customer engagement and retention.
  • Drive a cultural shift within the sales team, increasing customer-facing activities and instilling a proactive, relationship-based approach to both new business and account management.
  • Oversee sales activities across both GP and pharmacy accounts within the Netherlands, with responsibility for both segments.
  • Organize and monitor customer visits and foster close collaboration and build strong relationships.
  • Close collaboration with Service & Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams.
  • Independently plan and manage your workday, balancing field-based, customer meetings with desk-based coaching and administrative tasks (typically 1/2 days in-office/desk work, 3 days in the field).
  • Take a hands-on approach to key accounts and business development, particularly with care groups.
  • Support change management initiatives, helping the team adapt to evolving market challenges, including new cloud-based competitors and upcoming product launches.


Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a sales professional with a strong track record in leading and coaching sales teams within SaaS/software environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, motivate teams, and implement a customer-first, relationship-driven sales culture.
  • Experience in both new business development and account management , with a focus on retaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with GPs and pharmacies, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems highly desirable such as SAP, Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands (3-4 days/week in the field), with desk-based work (1-2 days/week).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers in care groups and other key accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilient in the face of market challenges, and motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, evolving business.
  • Fluent in Dutch (essential) and proficient in English for internal communication and presentations.
