Sales Support Employee - Iberia Valencia

Are you a motivated sales support professional with international ambition? Our client, a leading European distributor of advanced telecom solutions, is looking for a proactive Inside Sales professional to help grow its reseller network in Spain and reinforce its market position across Europe.

Your role:

• Create and follow up on offers in Exact Online
• Process and manage orders in Exact Online
• Coordinate shipping of urgent orders for key partners
• Communicate order status and shipping details with the EU headquarters
• Capture inbound leads via email and phone, converting them into sales opportunities
• Provide administrative support across sales and operations
• Share customer feedback and insights with the team and report directly to the Director

Your profile:

• Affinity with telecom and networking technology
• Fluent in Spanish and good command of English
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
• Flexible, proactive, and ready to take initiative in a growing operation
• First point of contact for customer and reseller queries
