This is a remote role that you can do from anywhere in India. The Sales Specialist role at F6S is responsible for helping others adopt and use F6S. Sales Specialists work with inbound and outbound leads to help new users and keep helping them on an ongoing basis. Close rates, retention, and helping users be successful on F6S are high-level metrics. This role works closely with customers around the world. On a typical day as a Sales Specialist, you will:

- Receive inbound leads from potential F6S platform users, schedule calls with them, and help them use F6S
- Participate in the F6S lead generation process to identify and close new F6S platform users
- Onboard new users
- Proactively engage new and existing users for retention and renewals
- Become an expert in all things F6S
- Help your accounts with new features and products
- Work as part of the team to ensure consistent and exceptional service
- 2+ years experience working as a Sales Specialist with a focus on outbound sales
- A verifiable track record of consistently delivering closes and excellent service
- Clear and articulate communication skills with the ability to effectively work by phone or email
- Ability to solve problems
- Proficiency in English
- Extensive experience using a CRM to structure work and workflow
- Organized and results-driven. Focus on the numbers.
