What will you be doing?

• Managing conversations with clients and property owners across the German market
• Negotiating agreements and building long-term relationships
• Working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced international environment
• Managing your pipeline and achieving sales targets
• Handling communication via phone, email, and video meetings
• Updating client information and maintaining accurate records

What are we looking for?

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or recruitment is a plus
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented and performance-driven environment

• Uncapped commission structure (€15K-€30K+ additional earning potential)
