Sales Recruitment Talent Attraction Partner - DACH/EMEA

Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited in Dublin is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to support sales recruitment across the DACH region in a hybrid Dublin-based role. You will identify, engage, and attract top sales professionals across EMEA and report insights to hiring leaders.

The role requires 5-8 years in talent attraction or recruitment, with DACH experience preferred. German language is advantageous; prior sales recruitment in tech/ SaaS is desirable. This is an 11-month contract.
