Sales Progressor Estate Agency Upto £28,500 Basic + £35,000 OTE Free parking + Bonuses

Our clients, a successful Estate Agency in Bexley, are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent with sales progression experience, or someone with a conveyancing background, looking for a role offering a strong commission structure, bonuses and a supportive team environment.

The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will:

• Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets
• Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract
• Keep in regular contact with agents
• Communicate with vendors and purchasers
• Liaise effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
• Arrange for contracts to be signed
• Update Managers on the sale process
• Maintain accurate information on the CRM and Vendor Portal
• Progress sales through to completion
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Sales Progressor requirements:

• Experience in Sales Progression or Conveyancing
• Brilliant customer service skills
• Great organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders

What's on Offer?

• Upto £28,500 basic salary
• Percentage override on all completed sales
• Realistic commission of between £375 - £750 per month
• Bonuses
• £35,000 OTE

Working Pattern

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
