Sales Ops Tooling Architect

Homey is creating a brand-new role to build and sustain sales and operations tooling for our lean commercial team. You'll own the CRM, automation, reporting, and integrations, working alongside New Business and Success Specialists and reporting to the Business Unit Manager for this area.

You will automate onboarding and pipeline processes, turn data into actionable dashboards, and ensure tools scale with company growth. This is a hybrid role with a Wolverhampton base.
