Job Description

Join SoftwareOne's Sales Operations team in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and seize the chance to define a significant impact. As an inside sales expert and fluent in Dutch and English, you will be responsible for implementing and performing RFPs, ensuring outstanding and long-lasting relationships with vendors and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster positive relationships with a specific set of collaborators and customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and representing the company professionally.
  • Client and Internal Queries: Address and resolve all customer (and internal) queries and issues promptly as the first point of contact.
  • Up-sell & Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, translate market signals into new services, and share feedback with our Sales and Services team.
  • Service Delivery Leadership: Lead all aspects of end-to-end service delivery to ensure flawless execution.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare QBR meetings from an operational perspective and operational meetings with customers.
  • Contract Renewals: Support the completion of software license contract renewals.
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure accurate customer onboarding, adoption, and visualization of customer data in the Client Portal.
  • Quality Benchmarks: Achieve quality benchmarks, including minimizing the number of credit memos/churns.
  • SLA Achievement: Ensure the agreed SLAs are achieved.
  • RFP Process Management: Manage the entire RFP process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of documents.
  • Margin Optimization: Optimize margins with various vendors.
  • Autonomous Decision-Making: Operate autonomously, making your own considerations and decisions.
  • Process Ownership: Take ownership of specific operational processes, constantly seeking optimization.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Operational Policies: Knowledge of operational policies and procedures and customer service techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze internal information to support opportunity developments.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
