We're Forest. You know, those shared ebikes in London that look like trees. We're London's most sustainable shared ebike operator. We bridge the gap between affordability and sustainability, using advertising revenue to offer all users 10 minutes of free cycling every day. Our mission is to help cities move greener-and we're growing fast, which is why we're looking for a sharp, analytical and proactive Sales Operations Executive to supercharge the performance of our Commercial team.

A bit about the role

You'll be the engine room of our sales operations - keeping our CRM flowing, our dashboards sharp, and our processes humming. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into insight, automating complexity, and solving operational problems before anyone else notices them.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Data Management & Analysis: Identify and extract key data points to help the team make informed decisions. Track performance metrics and generate clear, actionable insights.
  • CRM Ownership:Build and optimise workflows within Monday CRM to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our sales process. Process inbound leads quickly and effectively.
  • Process Optimisation: Work with the Sales team to improve and automate workflows across the sales funnel, ensuring we're working smarter, not harder.
  • Dashboards & Reporting:Build and maintain clear dashboards to track campaign performance, pipeline health, and team KPIs.

Required Skills & Tools
  • CRM & Work Management: Proficient in (Work Management & CRM)
  • Spreadsheets: Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (data cleaning, lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Automation & Process Thinking: Experience creating or refining CRM workflows and automations.
Bonus but not essential:
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech or mobility business
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting
  • Experience working directly with commercial or sales teams
Location

This role will be based at our office in Moorgate. We love collaborating and spending time together in-person with a hybrid approach of 4 days in the office.
