Sales Operation Specialist 100%

For an industrial company based in the area of Lausanne, we are looking for a Sales Specialist 100% (80%) (m/f/d) on a temporary 6-month contract. In this position, you will provide commercial support for open sales orders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally. You will also be responsible for preparing all necessary documents for shipment and customs.DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION- Manage customer orders end-to-end, from invoicing- Prepare pro forma, shipping, and export shipments with carriers and ensure on-time delivery - Handle invoicing including credit/debit notes and special payment terms PROFILE- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field - Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of export processes and customs regulations - Experience with ERP systems - Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset jid6c3d5cfaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
