Job Description

JR Personnel is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor for a fixed-term contract starting in November in Leicester. You will lead the internal sales and customer service teams, ensuring KPI targets are met and service levels remain high. A strong customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude are essential.
