Position: Sales Manager (Associate or Partner level)

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Division: Residential

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: Hours 8:30am to 6:30pm + Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm (rotational basis)

Our London Sales department is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our flagship Knightsbridge office on Sloane Avenue. Knight Frank is the world's leading independent international property consultancy, established in 1896, with a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ offices across 50 territories.

We are looking for a proactive, driven individual familiar with the Knightsbridge and Prime Central London property markets. The ideal candidate will lead market appraisals, develop sales strategies, and manage buyer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of negotiators and manage properties up to £5m in the Knightsbridge area.

Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
   • Secure property instructions within company guidelines to meet targets.
   • Lead and manage a team of Negotiators and Senior Negotiators/Associates.
   • Establish and maintain a local presence to attract potential clients.
   • Source buyers and negotiate property sales.
2. Client Relations & Care
   • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
   • Respond to market changes and adapt strategies.
3. Professional Standards & Management
   • Oversee business operations efficiently.
   • Understand the sales market and competitors.
   • Research and present findings professionally.
   • Build lasting client relationships with trust and confidentiality.
   • Manage delegated tasks responsibly.
4. Experience & Skills
   • At least 4 years in roles such as Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or Valuer.
   • Familiarity with Prime Central London property market is highly desirable.
