Job Description
What will you do?
In the context of continued international growth, particularly in the Benelux region, the company is looking to strengthen its commercial presence with a dedicated Sales Manager in the Netherlands.
- Lead and develop sales activities in the BENELUX, with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) relationships in the HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary sectors.
- Act as a commercial ambassador, identifying and engaging new clients through proactive prospecting and building long-term relationships.
- Offer tailored technical advice and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and collaborate with management to refine commercial strategies.
- Drive revenue and margin growth in line with company objectives by implementing effective and measurable sales initiatives.
- Work autonomously while maintaining regular reporting and alignment with the General Manager, who is based in France.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (additional: if you speak German and/ or Danish would be plus)
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, or renewable energy sectors.
- Solid understanding of the market landscape in the Netherlands, with existing connections to key industry players being a strong must
- Educational background in sales or technical fields (HVAC engineering or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory effectively, and adapt to a dynamic and technical environment.
- This is a long term position, based on full time (40 hours per week)
- Permanent contract with executive-level status.
- The salary is between EUR 5500, and EUR 7000,00 per month gross, based on full time. All depends on work experience and education. The salary is including holiday money 8%.
