Sales Manager - Premium Motorhome Dealership

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic + OTE £60,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for your next opportunity within the automotive or leisure vehicle sector?

We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a premium motorhome dealership, taking responsibility for showroom operations, sales performance and the development of the sales team.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue, maximising lead conversion and maintaining a consistently high level of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Managing stock levels, vehicle displays and online marketing listings

Maximising lead conversion and identifying opportunities to increase sales

Structuring finance and F&I deals while ensuring full regulatory compliance

Overseeing customer handovers to ensure a seamless and premium experience

Monitoring team KPIs and sales performance

Reporting directly to dealership directors

Developing a positive, high-performing and supportive sales culture

About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong leadership and commercial skills.

Ideally, you will have:

2-3+ years' experience as a Sales Manager within automotive, motorhome, caravan or leisure vehicle sales

A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Experience coaching, mentoring and developing sales teams

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Good knowledge of F&I and regulatory requirements

Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance data

A full, clean UK driving licence

Category C1 licence would be a major advantage

What's On Offer

£35,000-£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience

OTE of approximately £60,000

Uncapped commission structure

Ongoing manufacturer training

Predominantly Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Some weekend working required
