Sales Manager - Usedirect Ireland & Emerging Brands

Contract type: Permanent, full-time


Salary: Competitive with performance based OTE


Working Hours: 9.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm Saturday. No Sundays included.


Usedirect Ireland continues to grow, and we're excited to strengthen our leadership team as we introduce a new brand launch Cadillac.


We are now recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our vehicle performance, drive commercial results, and support the growth of new brands within the group. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a high performing sales function and influence the next chapter of our multi brand strategy.


As Car Sales Manager, you will bring strong leadership, commercial focus, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Sales Executives and dealership teams, building capability, driving performance, and ensuring our customers receive a seamless and professional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and motivating the used car sales team to achieve volume, margin, and customer satisfaction targets

  • Managing stock acquisition, pricing, and presentation to maximise profitability

  • Supporting the development and rollout of emerging brands within the group

  • Coaching and developing Sales Executives to strengthen capability and performance

  • Overseeing customer interactions across email, telephone, and in person channels

  • Ensuring a smooth and compliant sales process, including documentation and handover standards

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

  • Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider leadership team to deliver strategic objectives


The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Proven experience in used car sales management within the motor trade

  • Self motivated, commercially minded, and driven to exceed targets

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Confident in coaching, developing, and motivating a sales team

  • Analytical, organised, and comfortable making data driven decisions

  • Adaptable and excited by the opportunity to support brand growth and operational expansion
