Paveau is a fast-growing design brand reshaping how we experience water - beautifully and sustainably. Following our hospitality launch at Antwerp Design Week and with Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp as a proud reference customer, we're entering an exciting growth phase.

We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, events) and strengthen our presence in premium retail. You'll define and execute our sales strategy, build long-term partnerships, and represent Paveau across Europe.

You bring:

️ 5+ yrs experience in sales or business development (hospitality/design/luxury)

️ Strong track record with hotel & restaurant clients

️ Fluent in Dutch & English

️ Strategic mindset, deal-closer, design lover
