Location: Amsterdam

Salary: €100,000 base (DOE) + Commissions + Bonuses + Above-Average Incentives

They're now looking for an experienced Time-Critical Freight Forwarding Sales Expert to build and lead a new division from scratch - with the clear goal of establishing a full sales team within 24 months.

What You'll Do

  • Drive New Business: Hunt, win, and maintain high-value accounts across time-critical verticals (Marine Parts, AOG, pharma, automotive, etc.).
  • Scale with Purpose: Build a high-performing sales team around you with full backing, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Work Smart: Leverage the client's existing global processes, systems, and operational excellence.


Who You Are

  • A proven sales hunter in the time-critical freight forwarding space.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in high-speed logistics environments (AOG, hand-carry, NFO, etc.).
  • Commercially sharp - able to negotiate margins and sell value, not just price.
  • A strategic thinker with the mindset to build and lead a division.
  • Motivated by opportunity, not comfort zones.
  • A relationship builder who understands both urgency and trust in time-critical services.
