Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre. This facility serves the North American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Anatolia won the title of "Best Supplier Partner" of 2021 in the United States. Anatolia aims to break new ground in Turkey and in the world with its up-to-date technology production facility, which started production in 2023, with a closed area of 200,000 m .


Anatolia; is looking for Sales Manager teammate who can contribute to the company's values and provide quality service to our internal and external stakeholders. What you need is


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 10 years of experience in a related industry (e.g., ceramics/natural stone sector), with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Experience in operational and project management, using management practices to lead and motivate teams (both office-based and remote teams).
  • Strong knowledge in business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis.
  • Persuasive abilities, with strong skills in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • Hardworking, sales-oriented, and eager to work in a high-demand environment to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, and interpretation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with an experience of managing large scales and different cultural teams


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for;


The Sales Manager will be responsible for the general business planning, coordination, and management of the sales and business development function South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East and Africa regions. One of the key responsibilities of the Sales Manager is to expand the company's portfolio with potential clients in the new markets and ensure long-term and sustainable customer relationships.

The company specializes in the production of premium segment porcelein tiles and slabs, the Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting and selling these products across the designated regions.

The role involves understanding company objectives and customer requirements, developing, maintaining, and advancing long-term customer relationships.

This position, which has sales responsibility for international markets, will also be responsible for building high-performing sales teams and establishing strong customer relationships.


  • Expanding the company's network by adding potential firms to the portfolio (e.g., distributors, retailers, contractors, construction companies, and architects, covering a wide spectrum of independent sales channels).
  • Initiating and implementing new collaborations and projects by meeting with new customers to acquire new sales channels.
  • Managing existing customers and acquiring new ones, ensuring that the process meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction from start to finish, aligned with company standards.
  • Providing guidance, coordination, and support to the Sales Development team, mentoring sales managers, offering consultancy, and monitoring the performance of the department.
  • Setting sales targets, defining short- and long-term goals, and ensuring the development of departmental policies and processes.
  • Understanding the dynamics of the industry and conducting studies to better understand potential customers and their needs.
  • Analyzing the services provided by the company and regularly reporting to senior management.
  • Formulating commercial agreements, completing negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams for showcasing products in various marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Coordinating with the supply chain team to maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensuring the lifecycle of products (e.g., the newest products displayed across all channels, management of older products), while consulting customers when needed for the most efficient process.
  • Understanding customer needs and ensuring the timely delivery of products by developing and implementing sales/marketing strategies.
  • Setting short- and long-term targets for the sales team and preparing KPIs.
