Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective customers interested in window and door products.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the window and door industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales software and CRM tools.
