The role:

As a Sales Manager at Public Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business development efforts and increasing our presence in key markets. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals, ensuring that the sales team meets or exceeds its targets.

You will be an integral part of our strategic planning and execution, working closely with other teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to build relationships with clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with Public Digital's extensive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to align messaging and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at various levels.
Key qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within consultancy or professional services.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in digital transformation or technology sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
