What you will enjoy doing

• You will lead the GFM (Gases Facilities Management) and ONSTREAM business units within the CES Sales & Operations team, driving performance, growth, and visibility across the organisation.
• You are responsible for a diverse portfolio, including Gas Facilities Management, Risk Management Services, Digital PSOs, and Pressure System Compliance solutions.
• You will manage and inspire a high-performing team across sales, marketing, training, consultancy, and project engineering, ensuring excellence in every area.
• You will take ownership of sales performance and profitability across Great Britain, identifying opportunities for growth through pricing, innovation, and efficiency.
• You will develop and implement strategic business plans, shaping the products and services we deliver to meet evolving customer and market needs.
• Furthermore, you will ensure all operations run safely, compliantly, and efficiently - upholding BOC's high standards of safety, integrity, and quality.
• You will champion digital transformation, embracing technology to simplify, automate, and enhance both customer experience and internal processes.
• Lastly, you will play a key role as a BOC Management Team Member, collaborating across national teams to share best practice and deliver company-wide success.

What makes you great

• Sales, marketing, or commercial qualifications and/or experience
• Line management experience and proven ability of delivery through a team
  Experience in analysing data, an understanding of financial drivers of business performance to aid and experience creating and business cases.
• Technical, engineering and/or risk management experience preferable
• Ability to successfully influence and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment to drive change and deliver against targets.
• Experience and knowledge of the healthcare market and products a benefit.
• Work with integrity, role modelling thebehaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace
