Sales Manager - EV - Solar Energy - What You'll Do

• Market Development: Identify, qualify and win new customers and partners in the energy market.
• Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with installers, utilities and service providers.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute innovative launch plans for new products and services.
• Technical Solutions: Translate customer needs into tailored offers using data loggers, gateways, meters and load-balancing devices, all integrated with a cloud-based Energy Management System.
• Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends and technological advances to keep your clients-and your company-ahead of the curve.

Sales Manager - EV - Solar Energy - Who You Are

• Experience: 5 years in a commercial or sales role, ideally in energy transition or adjacent technical industries.
• Education: Degree in electrical engineering, building services, or similar technical field.
• Track Record: Proven success in developing new partners/customers and managing long-term, recurring contracts.
• Skills:
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English
