We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead blueberry sales within a designated international region and play a key role in delivering our global sales strategy.

Key Performance Outputs

Market & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key markets
  • Strengthen and grow strategic customer relationships
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor intelligence reviews
  • Support delivery of global sales targets and strategy
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and profitability models
  • Manage seasonal marketing and sales programmes with clients
  • Ensure fruit is sold into the correct markets at optimal pricing
  • Establish benchmark pricing aligned with sales strategy
  • Travel to core markets to support client relationships and expansion
  • Prepare and present client proposals and presentations
  • Oversee accurate sales administration and order processes
  • Manage credit limits and payment terms
  • Handle claims assessments and negotiate market assistance where required
  • Provide regular crop, market, and industry updates to clients
  • Act as the primary contact for all customer queries

Grower & Brand Responsibilities

  • Ensure growers achieve the best possible returns
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Act as a proud ambassador of our company across global markets
Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Suitable tertiary qualification (BComm Degree or similar) with a Marketing, Logistics, or International Trade major
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar sales or commercial role
  • Experience within the blueberry or fresh produce industry (highly advantageous)
  • Fluency in additional European languages (advantageous)

Technical Skills

  • Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette
  • Strong fruit marketing and product knowledge
