About the Role
The Team: You will be part of the Sales Team, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing. We are looking for a Senior B2C Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving growth and enhancing our client experience. In this role, you will work closely with our Immigration and Real Estate teams, helping international clients navigate their relocation and investment journeys. You will handle high-value leads, guide potential clients through our services, and ensure a seamless and consultative sales process. As part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experts across different areas and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand our reach and impact.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Sales Representative within the Sales Team, striving to exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the B2C sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
- Handle and nurture B2C leads and clients, providing a high-touch and consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate closely with lawyers to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey.
- Support the Marketing team with accurate pipeline management, lead routing, client segmentation, and CRM tracking.
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, establishing an emotional connection to identify both expressed and unspoken needs, while guiding potential clients through our service portfolio and manage client correspondence effectively.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales, providing suggestions and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Deliver tasks and projects to support the Head of Sales, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Educational background: in the last year of a bachelor's degree or master's degree. Preference: Business/Sales/Marketing academic or professional background.
- Minimum 4 years experience.
- Professional experience: experience in customer-facing industries (eg Legal/Retail/Hospitality) mainly selling services.
- Experience in B2B is also a plus.
- Experience with Sales Navigator or any outbound tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plus!
- Excited about and curiosity for digital tools, process automation and innovation.
- A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understands.
- A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business.
- You are motivated and driven. Voluntarily participate in new challenges without.
Required Skills

- Experience with digital tools such as Hubspot.
- Project management skills, including planning, prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
