Sales Executive
This role focuses on pipeline generation, market research and relationship-building within the construction and renewable energy sectors. You will work with architects, developers, consultants, M&E contractors and end users, using tools such as Glenigan, LinkedIn, CRM systems and AI-enabled platforms to identify and develop new opportunities.
You'll also support senior colleagues in maintaining existing client relationships and encouraging repeat business as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new opportunities using Glenigan, LinkedIn, planning portals and AI tools
- Research and map key contacts across target organisations
- Conduct outreach, arrange calls, meetings, CPDs, presentations and site visits
- Carry out follow-ups after meetings and quotes
- Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders
- Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline updates
- Work closely with sales, design, operations and marketing teams
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales, business development or account management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using LinkedIn and research platforms (Glenigan desirable)
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple leads
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability or technical solutions
- Ability to commute to the Nuneaton office once per week (more during initial training)
- Full UK driving licence preferred
