Outbound Sales Executive Cold Calling Hybrid (75% Home-Based)

I am working with a fantastic, fast-growing flexible workspace brand expanding across Essex and Hertfordshire, and they are looking for a confident and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their journey. A driver with access to a car is essential

What you will be doing

This is a pure outbound role - ideal for someone who thrives on:

• Cold calling and proactive outreach
• Opening doors and generating new business
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline

You will play a key role in driving growth and helping shape the future of the sales function.

Location & Flexibility

• 75% home-based - genuine hybrid working
• Initial training in Bishop's Stortford
• Weekly in-person meetings across Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, and Cambridge
• Travel across Essex & Hertfordshire required - a driver with access to a car is essential

Salary & Earnings

• £30,000 basic
• Uncapped commission

• CRM or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a bonus
