Sales Executive - Weetabix

Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £25,500 to £30,600 per annum (OTE) + Hybrid company car + Incentives

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, and surrounds

About Us: This Sales Executive role is with Smollan, working exclusively on our Weetabix team.

Your Mission: As a Weetabix Ambassador, you'll be at the forefront of driving incremental and sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop strong in-store relationships within Asda, Tesco, Morrison's, and Sainsbury's
• Implement a defined perfect store model to optimize store and customer performance
• Increase visibility and availability by working closely with stores to maintain stock levels and secure secondary displays
• Maximize brand awareness and introduce new product opportunities using data, your sales expertise, and the relationships you build at the store level

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A full manual UK driving license for at least 12 months
• Exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills as well as commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Confidence in working with data to drive sales insights
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
