This is you: a self-starter, with great communication & sales skills, a persuasive 'people-person' who enjoys dealing with all sorts of customers, looking to stretch your business development potential to the next level. What you'll be doing

• Following up on warm sales leads
• Visiting customers in their own homes or utilising our new remote selling framework
• Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales
• Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time

What we're looking for

• Self motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level
• Proactive and results driven
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours
• Capable of providing a consistently high level of customer service
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!)
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car
