Sales Executive

Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30 Fri 7:30-15:30

Location: Rochdale

Salary: £30,000 basic + highly incentivised

Are you confident on the phone, organised, and driven to succeed in sales? We're looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a fast-growing specialist hire company. This is a varied office-based role with excellent career progression into account management, team leader, or senior sales consultant positions.

• Lead generation & qualification using CRM and sales platforms
• Making introductory calls and handling enquiries with businesses
• Supporting tender/bid documents and marketing campaigns
• Passing qualified leads to the sales manager
• Maintaining strong customer relationships to secure repeat business
• Assisting with administration, quotes, and site surveys
• Learning products and services via full training provided

• Confident, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone
• Strong relationship-building, telesales, and communication skills
• Common sense, resilience, and a can-do attitude
• Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer support is a bonus but not essential
