Automotive Sales Executive - Main Car Dealership

£25,250 basic + OTE £55,000 + company car
Full-time Permanent Monday-Saturday (5-day working week, 8:30am-6pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5am Saturday)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy and successful main dealership in Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand, delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving fantastic sales results and enjoying a rewarding commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets on a daily and monthly basis

• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to handover and beyond

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicle models, accessories, and finance options

• Confidently discuss and promote add-on products and services

• Attend regular training to keep up to date with brand and product knowledge

About You

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade or car dealership environment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales focus with the ability to achieve and exceed targets

• Confident working both face-to-face and over the phone

• Full, clean UK Driving Licence essential
