What You'll Be Doing Lead generation and prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting. Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross-selling solutions. Margin & Share Of Wallet Growth Drive increased profitability by optimising margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer. Sales Process Management Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Customer Engagement Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations to build rapport and drive sales.
