If so, you could be just who Waylands is looking for to join our friendly Kia showroom in Bicester as a Sales Executive.

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group with 15 locations across the Thames Valley, M4 corridor, and South Wales.

What's the Job?

• Selling our range of new and used petrol, hybrid, and electric cars
• Communicating effectively with team members and completing paperwork to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintaining customer records and following up with existing clients for aftersales needs
• Managing a database of prospective customers to generate new opportunities
• Keeping the showroom clean and attractive
• Creating and sending video presentations to highlight vehicle features
• Ensuring compliance with FCA legislation in all sales

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experienced car salespeople
• Enthusiastic about engaging with customers
• Attentive to customer details and preferences
• Target-driven with a supportive attitude towards customer needs
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Full UK driving license held for at least one year
• Professional, friendly, and a strong communicator
