Job Description

• Reach out to potential new customers via phone, email, and other platforms
• Proactively chase outstanding quotes to drive conversions
• Act as the primary point of contact for trade customers
• Create and present detailed sales proposals to clients
• Devise and implement strategies to convert more quotes into sales
• Handle ad-hoc sales inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and other channels
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required to support the sales team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Consultant should have:

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Proven sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
