Job Description

We are looking for two Sales Executives to join a highly successful and growing brand based onsite in Brackley, in their large modern open-plan offices. The role is full-time, on a fixed-term contract of three months with the possibility of becoming permanent. The salary is up to £35,000, with commission opportunities and an OTE of £38,000 (pro rata). This role focuses on driving sales growth through following leads and quotes, converting enquiries, and maintaining contact with prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive:
  1. Contact customers who have had quotes or made enquiries
  2. Convert quotes into sales opportunities
  3. Provide high levels of customer engagement
  4. Actively call leads, build rapport, and gauge interest
  5. Promote company products and services, upsell, and cross-sell
  6. Establish rapport and gather enough interest to progress
  7. Schedule appointments at customers' homes or at a local showroom
  8. Make pre- and post-appointment calls, providing full after-sales care
  9. Monitor and report on lead progress, including conversion rates
  10. Gather feedback to improve customer experience
Skills Required for the Sales Executive:
  1. Proven sales experience in prospecting and following up leads
  2. Track record of delivering on KPIs and conversions
  3. High levels of customer service
  4. Ability to organise your own time effectively
  5. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  6. Experience using CRM systems
  7. Confident communication skills
  8. Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
  9. High levels of initiative, energy, and drive
