Are you passionate about property and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious new homes developer seeking a driven and professional New Homes Sales Consultant to join their successful team in Preston.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to build a rewarding career within the new homes sector.

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the development, guiding buyers through their home-buying journey. Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries and site visits

• Delivering engaging development and property tours

• Building strong relationships with prospective purchasers

• Progressing reservations through to completion

• Maintaining CRM records and sales reports

• Ensuring the highest standard of presentation across the sales area
