About the Team:

Join our Commercial Strategy & Enablement team. We strategize, enable, and develop global Sales and Customer Success teams at LNIP.

About the Role:

You will provide day-to-day support to internal clients, partnering closely with the Sales team and other departments to drive operational efficiencies. This includes managing client-facing documentation, developing tools, maintaining accounts, and reporting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce persuasive, compliant, and timely proposal responses to customer requests.
  • Lead the end-to-end process, including assembling a bid team, analyzing RFPs, making bid/no bid decisions, and developing proposal responses.
  • Build strong relationships with various functional areas such as Pricing, Legal, Product, IT, and Marketing.
  • Coordinate and monitor progress on client documentation requests.
  • Track and manage metrics for wins/losses and maintain the enablement platform.
  • Contribute to the client-facing documentation repository.
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in Bid Management
  • Preference with Seismic or equivalent enablement platform preferred
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
