Sales Enablement
Based in our Amsterdam office, you are responsible for equipping the sales team with updated documents, templates, training, and resources they need to effectively engage buyers and close deals. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success Management to develop strategies that enhance sales productivity and improve overall sales performance. You will be working closely with our Head of Sales - Enterprise & Maritime, Marketing Manager and Product Management on documents and processes that will equip the sales team when meeting customers.
So what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)
Content Management
- Work with Marketing and Product Management to update and create relevant (Direct) sales content (presentations, proposals, agreements, templates etc.).
- Organize, archive, and manage templates and documents for easy access and alignment with the buyer journey Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing and Product marketing to deliver product updates and value propositions.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to identify team needs and strategic initiatives.
Training & Onboarding
- Provide continuous learning opportunities and refresher trainings for existing team members.
- Maintain up-to-date sales materials, certifications, and sales playbooks.
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires.
If you-
- are customer-centric, detail-oriented, organized, and have a hands-on approach to create content for our direct customers and partners.
- have excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal to get the message across to the targeted audience
- have an international perspective
- have at least 2 years of Sales Enablement experience
- have a bachelor's degree
- have familiarity in the IT/Telecom sector services and IP networking are not a must, but highly advantageous
