Your main tasks

Responsible for managing the office

Supporting, motivating and coaching employees

Acquisition and sale of properties

Customer care

Expanding and maintaining the client network

Developing a deep understanding of the local property market, its products and services

offered

Preparation of market analyses and property presentations

Your profile

Good written and spoken Spanish, English and German skills

Advanced IT skills

Proven sales experience in the property sector

Goal-orientation and entrepreneurial thinking and acting

Excellent intercultural and social skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills
