Job Description
As Sales Director - Events, you will:
• Design and lead a future-focused sales strategy that drives revenue across a global event portfolio
• Transform and modernise sales operations, embedding scalable, data-driven methodologies
• Mentor and develop a diverse, high-performing sales team, championing collaboration and growth
• Drive innovation in inventory development and commercial models to future-proof event revenues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategy
• Strengthen market position by forging deep relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and associations

• A strategic mindset with 10+ years' leadership experience in B2B event sales
